You and your company did a simply outstanding job of managing the 2004
TEM Conference for us, and then making sure it ran so very well with (as
far as I could tell) so very few “glitches”. I have had nothing but positive
feedback about Tasmania, Hobart, the venues used, the accommodation, the
“night life” the Conference Dinner, the organization, the programme, and
the keynote speakers. I was particularly interested to get so much positive
feedback about you, Janine, particularly and then also Leishman Associates
and their skills in running such a good conference for us. I have already
written to the Conference Committee, but I was also very impressed to see
how well you worked with that group too.
I have also had overwhelmingly positive feedback from the sponsors and trade
exhibitors at Hobart as well.
As well as all that serious stuff, the TEM Conference in Hobart was a very enjoyable
experience for everyone there. It turned out to be great fun to be in Hobart
and to be part of this great event.
Could you please pass on my thanks and admiration to all those in your company
who worked so hard on TEM Conference 2004. You have set a high benchmark for
those who follow, and I hope we can have some further contact in the future!

Congratulations and an enormous thank you for all your work. While I sometimes
thought we would never reach the end, the journey was fun, interesting and
challenging. I would not have missed it for the world, not least for the
