The resort features 2 outdoor swimming pools, a 25m indoor heated swimming pool with children's wading pool. A gym, spa, sauna, squash court, tennis courts and children's play ground are also available to guests.
You can explore Geographe Bay on mountain bikes and wave skis, which are made available for guests, or enjoy a barbecue at our undercover barbecue and picnic area.
If you are looking for something a little more relaxing, you can find a quiet spot on the edge of the lake or in a corner of our extensive lawn areas, or visit the onsite gallery of resident artist Jenny Taylor.
Scuba Diving
The Capes region is ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling. The Busselton Jetty, Eagle Bay, Meelup and Castle Rock are calm and ideal for snorkellers. Located near Dunsborough, the HMAS Swan dive wreck is one of Western Australia's most spectacular artificial reefs and is a mecca for scuba divers. The former HMAS Swan, 120 metre long decommissioned naval destroyer was scuttled off Meelup in 1997.
A number of commercial operators offer dive tours to the Swan Dive Wreck and other key diving locations in the Capes Region. There are 12 moorings available for divers. Private boats need a dive permit, which can be obtained from the Busselton or Dunsborough Visitor Centres.
Whale Watching
Dunsborough is perfectly located for the annual whale watching season, between September and December, when Southern Right, Humpback, Pygmy and Blue Whales are moving across Geographe Bay. Seeing them basking or at play in the Bay is an unforgettable experience when viewed from tour boats, or from vantage points such as Cape Naturaliste as they round the corner in the calm Geographe Bay. Bottlenose dolphins are also regular inhabitants of Geographe Bay. (Be sure to observe stand-off regulations if approaching whales or dolphins in private vessels).
Whale watching tours can be arranged at the Busselton and Dunsborough Visitors Centres and on www.geographebay.com.
