Registration Rates
FULL REGISTRATION
Includes attendance at conference sessions on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th April and attendance at the Welcome Reception to be held at
Government House on Thursday 3rd April.
DAY REGISTRATION
Includes attendance at conference sessions on the day of booking, but does not include Welcome Reception or Dinner.
Tickets to Wildparty and Restaurant dinner tickets must be purchased separately.

Who Should Participate

• a volunteer/a volunteer program manager
• from a volunteer organisation
• from a community-based Foundation or Gift Fund
• from an organisation that benefits from the assistance given by volunteers
OR you operate in any of the following areas:
• reserve management • cultural heritage conservation
• nature conservation • wildlife care and rehabilitation
• wildlife emergency rescue • environmental education
AND you are interested in:
• meeting with other volunteer program managers
• hearing about and sharing exciting ways of volunteering
• learning new ways to build relationships to support volunteering
• identifying issues and exploring solutions relating to volunteering
• sharing your successes and how you have conquered challenges
• sharing experience and knowledge about innovative and effective ways of encouraging,
managing and supporting volunteers in the natural and cultural environment.
Acknowledgment of Registration
Your registration will be acknowledged upon receipt of your completed registration form. This will occur via electronic means if an online registration has been submitted or posted if a hard copy registration form was provided.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before 3 February 2008, will incur a fee of 50% of the registration amount. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked on or after 3 February 2008 but a substitution of delegates is permitted. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice, as a result of circumstances beyond their control.
Special Requirements
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff at all functions.Privacy and Delegate List
Leishman Associates Pty Ltd will collect and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the Conference. Information will be collected, recorded and distributed in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.Delegate List
A delegate list with name, organisation, state and country will be supplied to all Conference attendees including exhibitors and sponsors. You can indicate 'Privacy Requested’ when registering if you do not wish to have your details included on the delegate list.
